Terms & Conditions

Orders & Payments
Orders are accepted via the website online, by phone (02) 9659 1705 or by fax (02) 9659 1705. If ordering online please set up an account and login to the account each time you shop this ensures all information is received and enables us to trace your order. Please ensure you fill in your email address to receive confirmation of your order placement. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact Please ensure if you fax us your order that you include your contact details and your address for postage, we will contact you for confirmation of your order and payment.

Payments can be made by Credit Card, Paypal, Direct Deposit, Cheque and Money Order.

Paypal Once we have received your payment orders will be shipped immediately.

Direct Deposit - if this is your preferred option we will contact you once you have placed your order to advise our banking details by email. Upon confirmation of payment receipt in our bank, orders will be shipped. If payment is not received within 48 hours of receiving our banking details your order may be subject to cancellation.

Cheque Please make cheques payable to Scrapbook Adventure . Goods will not be shipped until cheque funds have been cleared by the bank.

Money Orders Please make Money orders payable to Scrapbook Adventure. Goods will be shipped once the funds have been cleared.

All prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST.


Within Australia
All items will be sent by Australia Post and will be registered. A flat rate of $6.50 applies for most items within Australia. Items that are oversized or albums will attract a higher postage charge and will be adjusted.The adjusted charge will be advised to you prior to shipping so payments can be adjusted. If you require express post please contact us to arrange the charge based on the exact order. If postage is less than the $6.50 including the parcel registration the lesser amount will be charged.

We do accept international orders and postage will be registered and charged at the actual rate provided by Australia Post. Email us for the options and prices and we can confirm prior to sending.

Scrapbook Adventure reserves the right to charge extra postage on bulky/heavy and oversized items.

Delivery Terms
We will endeavour to process all orders within 1-2 business days but we unfortunately have no control over Australia Post so please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. If delivery is not received within this time please email us.

Out Of Stock Items
Due to demand some items may be temporarily out of stock or unavailable. Should an item not be available on your order we will contact you prior to shipping your order for you to decide if you would like it to be placed on back order for you.

Refunds And Exchange Policy
Notification of any faulty goods or shortages must be reported via email or phone within 2 days of receiving your order. Faulty goods will be replaced if a replacement is not available then a refund, exchange or credit will be issued. Returns must be authorised via email prior to being sent back to us and received within 21days of authorization. No replacements will be resent until the original faulty goods have been received back to our office.

Products that are not faulty can be exchanged or credited at our discretion and must be returned in there original condition and packaging unopened. Notification for an exchange or credit must be advised via email within 5 business days from the invoice date. Authorisation from us via email must be confirmed before sending items back to our office and all shipping costs for exchange must be paid by the customer.

Scrapbook Adventure reserves the right to alter, change, update any information within this website. We also do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels in the post. No further discounts apply on clearance products. Image colours may differ from computer to computer and we do our best to ensure they are accurate.
